Just a short note to express my appreciation for the wonderful job your company did in installing my Trane XV90 Variable Speed Gas Furnace. I was especially pleased that you assigned Richard Stich at my request to plan and install my furnace. Richard had installed a Trane air conditioner for me several years ago and I recognized at that time that his workmanship is nothing short of outstanding.

My old furnace duct work was a real mess and required major redesign. Richard patiently discussed his plan with me in detail to be certain that I was going to be satisfied with the planned installation. The City Inspector who came to inspect the installation was very aware of Richard's high standards of workmanship.

If I had to do it over again, I would feel totally comfortable going on vacation while Richard made the installation, knowing well that the job would be done with perfection far beyond my expectations when I returned.

Richard and Jerry Bergman, the other technician who assisted with the installation, are outstanding ambassadors for your company. Thanks again for a job well done from initial contact with you and throughout the planning and installation process.
