Cleaning and oiling the unit will save you on your electric and gas bill because they will work less and not as hard. We will give you a friendly reminder when it is time to clean your unit. Our maintenance agreement is designed for us to come out in the spring and fall to prepare your equipment for the upcoming season. Maintenance Contract Customers will have priority service in time of breakdowns. Maintenance Contract Customers will recieve a 10% discount on all parts needed to repair the unit.
